Sign-up instructions for existing users of Call Time Tracker and momentem
This page is for Call Time Tracker users upgrading to the full momentem service, and for existing users of momentem (who perhaps signed up via MobiHand or Handmark) who are now moving across to our direct payment system.
Before upgrading:
- your Not Now list, Ignore list and configuration settings will be reset, so you should process any calls in your Not Now list
Installation instructions:
Simply open the browser on your BlackBerry and type in this link

(Please note the spelling of momentem when typing it in!)
As an alternative, you can enter your BlackBerry email address here and we will send the download link directly to your BlackBerry.
After installing:
STEP 1: Reboot the handset when prompted.
STEP 2: If you are prompted by the momentem app on your BlackBerry to enter;
- an email address to register, you MUST use the same email address as before
- a password to register, that password was the one provided to you in your welcome email when you first registered on our system, if you can’t find it we can reset it, please contact Support.
STEP 3: To retrieve your Contacts and Projects and their associated information from our system, click the Sync button from the main momentem menu to re-download them to your handset.
STEP 4: Go into the Configuration option from the main momentem menu to set up your personal options such as whether to tag emails, your default billing rate, and the minimum duration before momentem pops up.
