Reset your momentem password
To reset your momentem password, please enter the email address that you used to register momentem
You will receive further instructions via email.
Once you have received the new password;
- Reboot the phone by removing the battery for at least 30 seconds and replacing it
- Click on the momentem icon to open it
- Enter the password that you received via email, EXACTLY as shown. It is case sensitive.
- Store the password in a safe place for future use
Troubleshooting
- If you did not receive the password reset via email, check your spam folder and check that you used your registered momentem email address to request the reset (and that you typed it correctly into the box above)
- If you believe you have reset your password correctly following the above instructions and are still having problems, please contact support.
