Password instructions

This page is for users who are being asked for a password or have been locked out of the app due to an incorrect password being typed in five times.

How to find your password and enter it

When you registered our application for the first time we matched up your email address with your handset and mobile number to create your account. As a security measure, if any of those change (for example if you swap a SIM card or download the app to a new handset and attempt to register with the same email address as before) the app will prompt you for a password.

That password was sent to you when you registered the application for the first time. Our system sent you an email with the Subject line “Welcome to the momentem service!” The sender was reports@momentem.net. In that email was your unique password generated by the system. That’s the password you need to enter. You need to enter it exactly as it is represented in the email as it is case sensitive.

If you have exceeded your attempt limit and you find yourself locked out and you are sure you have the correct password from your Welcome email, simply reboot the phone by removing the battery. When the phone has finished rebooting, click on the momentem or Call Time Tracker icon and follow the instructions.

How to reset your password
