Cancelling the service and uninstalling the app

This page will help you in two ways;
Removing yourself from our service (unsubscribing)
EMAIL DATABASE: To remove yourself from our email marketing database, please click the Unsubscribe link within any of our marketing emails.
ACCOUNT DELETION: If you want us to completely delete your account on our system, to ensure that your data is wiped and that you won't receive any more Excel reports from the system, fill in this form and we will remove your account within 7 days.
Uninstalling the Call Time Tracker / momentem handset software from your phone
If you installed the app from BlackBerry App World
- Launch BlackBerry App World on your handset
- Select My World
- Select Call Time Tracker
- Press the BlackBerry Menu Key (the one to the left of the trackball) and then select delete.
Please make sure you reboot your phone, by removing and replacing the battery, to complete the process.
If you installed the app from any place other than BlackBerry App World
On your BlackBerry;
- Select Options (it’s usually a picture of a tool / spanner)
- Select Advanced Options
- Select Applications
- Select Call Time Tracker / momentem
- Press the BlackBerry menu key (the one to the left of the trackball) and select delete
- ensure all modules with the name Call Time Tracker or momentem have been removed
Then please make sure you reboot your phone, by removing and replacing the battery, to complete the process.
If for some reason the app does not fully delete using either process then please refer to http://www.otaview.com/knowledgebase_article_uninstall_prob.htm to fully remove the application.
